We established the Susan Triggiani Insurance Agency, AKA Agency by the Mall, here at 1301 Baltimore Pike in Springfield in March 1980. We began with the INA Insurance Company and have since added many fine, A+ rated companies. Over these last 30 years, our strong commitment to our customers has been rewarded year after year by seeing eighty percent of our customers return. We are proud to know most of our customers on a first name basis. Many may know us from our wonderful lawn displays, proudly featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer (check out the article here!)
We offer insurance for all of your needs! We currently work with some amazing companies including Progressive, Foremost, National General, Philadelphia Contributionship, Plymouth Rock, Safeco, Travelers, and many more! See all of our providers here. Aside from insurance, we also offer services ranging from vehicle registration, title services, and driver’s license renewals.
We are easy to find. We are directly opposite the main entrance of the Springfield Mall and there is plenty of parking. We are also easily accessible by trolley, train or bus. Come on in, relax while we take care of your needs, and don’t forget a lollipop on the way out!

I feel blessed. When I established our agency in March 1980, I had a vision of a company that would make your needs a priority and make it affordable. I also saw a few children in the mix. Joe and I were surprised by twins, Brian & Paul 1983, Jeff in 1985 and Michael in 1991. Debbie joined us in 1991 and we became the ideal family business. Our customers make our business a perfect blessing.

I was torn between being a center fielder for a major league baseball team and a secret agent but the lure of excitement and danger as a suburban insurance agent, dad and husband was too much to resist. Call Joe and add more excitement to his life.
Debbie Coin – Customer Service | Agent
I met Susan in September 1990 when she was looking for a house cleaner and that was my business at the time. We hit it off by February, she convinced me to ditch the broom and join the agency. After 21 years, I have become not only a member of the agency but a member of the family as well. I married Joe Coin 31 years ago. I have two children, Dan and Lisa and three cats. I enjoy crafts, baking and building. When customers stop in they often find some of my sweets here for them to enjoy.

I moved to the Delco area back in 2017, having freshly graduated from high school and ready to take on the world. I met Sue soon after through our mutual love of live theatre and started working at Agency by the Mall! A couple years in and I still love being able to fix our customers issues and get them what they need. When I’m not working my magic on the tech side, members of the community can find me on stage or behind the camera as I further my acting career.
